1. About these terms
These terms apply to this website (dastansara.com) and to Dastan Sara Studio, the private production tool we use to prepare and upload videos to our own YouTube channels. Dastan Sara is operated by Abdul Ahad, ABN 91 756 159 069. By using the website or Studio, you agree to these terms.
2. YouTube
Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy explain how information is handled.
3. Access to Studio
- Studio is available only to people we invite. You must not share your access or try to reach parts of Studio you haven't been given.
- Use Studio only to work on our channels, and only for lawful purposes that follow YouTube's policies.
- We can change, suspend or end anyone's access to Studio at any time.
4. Our content
The videos, scripts, artwork, characters and other material on our channels and this website belong to Dastan Sara or its licensors. Work done by people we invite is covered by separate written agreements.
5. No warranty
We provide this website and Studio "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or Studio.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
